Do any of us believe that wars will bring peace any more?

If they could, we would be in peace, not entering more wars be they overt or silent, seen or unseen. And yes, we are currently engaged in all of those and more.

The war on drugs? The war on cancer? The climate war?? The war against (insert any issue)…your inner turmoil, the struggle with your kids, workplace bullying, division and finger pointing generated by the media and on social media….. the list goes on.

You don’t bring or create peace by engaging in war. Of any level.

War is not required, but it is a current state of play within us all as well as without.

Let’s do something real about that.

Not pretending it away, rather, by cleaning up our own inner battlefields so that the structures that wars are built on no longer exist.

Peace doesn’t necessarily come dressed in white flowing robes, flower crowns and wafting scents of peonies - for me that would be a version of Boho hell, scented, but for me, provoking an inner war none-the-less.

Nor is peace necessarily quiet or still.

You don’t create more peace in your home or workplace by fighting for it… think about it. Feel into it.

Be radically honest with yourself.
If you ended that interaction and didn’t feel closer and clearer in your relationship to that person AND yourself, you didn’t win.

Nobody won. Someone’s ego was hurt. Someone’s ego got a power hit or high. But nobody won.

Our societies are the same. And so is our internal world. No one is ‘winning’, real peace seems to be a mystery.

Let peace rule. Untamed. From the inside out.

When we face our own inner battles, acknowledge the ways in which we are at war with our own self, we are taking the essential steps to real-ising peace in our hearts, and peace in our surroundings.


This is the natural untamed PEACE of our own being. Our own true nature.

We don’t have to hunt it down or fight for it.

Sitting and breathing deep within our own selves. Owning what is without demand or qualification.

This a deep dive into what and how your ‘You’ and your inner reality, really is.

We will traverse these inner landscapes in a way that is earthy and grounded, gritty where we need it, and simultaneously safe and supported while we tell-it-like-it-is .

Feel and hear the roar of peace, like a powerful waterfall, it is wrapped in the power of nature and exactly what your own untamed spirit is ‘made’ of.

This intrepid day journey named PEACEuntamed is happening Saturday May 16th

You will breathe, move and feel your way into the depths of you, connecting with the depths and darkness just enough so that they can be honoured, and integrated or released according to the design of your own inner wisdom. From there, the welling of peace is a natural event, no matter who you are or where you come from.

IMPORTANT SESSION INFORMATION

BRING:  water, snacks/food if you have special dietary requirements
- 2 blankets, your own yoga mat if you have one, a small pillow and some extra layers (socks) in the cooler months, water, pen and notebook + reading glasses if you need them!
Yoga mats - if you have a thicker mat and would like to use that for extra comfort, be my guest!
I have a limited amount of yoga mats, blankets & cushions available if you don’t have your own -let me know if you need to use ours so we can make sure everyone is supported).

WEAR: loose comfortable clothing that is suitable for simple movement as well as non-restrictive for breathing and movement sections. During your ‘breathe’ you will want to remove watches, jewellery, belts etc, and leave your phone and other ‘smart’ devices turned off and in the car - or even better, at home if you can!

FOOD/DRINK: Avoid stimulants on the day of the session (e.g preferably no coffee, especially if it is a morning session). It is also recommended not to eat a heavy meal in the 2 hours prior to your session.
Rest assured this not because of religious beliefs or similar - this is simply about supporting yourself to have the best experience possible.
We will be working with the experiences of being and feeling in your body, stimulants or excessively heavy meals can make it more difficult to really get in touch with what is going on in your body and mind.

How long are group sessions??      This group session is approximately 6 hours of immersion, practice, connection, contemplation and relaxation.
including a healthy and yummy shared lunch that we all contribute to.

You will receive tools and practices to support you after the workshop and further your integration, and we will have time to connect and discuss in the group setting - you choose how much you participate at that level, firstly you are here for you. Then, as we feel safe we open to the group, and collective - for as with all healing work, the impacts go beyond just You.

How often do you run these sessions??  We offer group sessions on a regular basis, and you can combine these with private sessions for a truely deep journey.

Working with me, you can rest assured that you are in good hands. Integrity is of the utmost importance to me, and this work, time you spend with me is for you - about you, to support you, beginning by listening to you.

A Certified Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner and Trainer, I also bring over 20 years of experience teaching & studying yoga & meditation to each session, along with over 30 years of self discovery and personal growth work.
More recently, along with my partner Natalie Fitzpatrick we have evolved or perhaps birthed Radical Embodied Breathwork, bringing rebirthing into the particular needs of the current times.

I love sharing my learning and explorations with you in a safe, inclusive, fun way.

The space I hold is gentle and strong, deeply intuitive, sensitive, with a touch of something extra - and all that while we keep it incredibly practical - because if it doesn't help you to live in the world better, I am not doing my job... simple.

We are here, it is the only place we can be, and my aim is to make the most of it in body, mind and spirit: grounded, expanded, radiant and awake.
